TO ESTABLISH DE NOVO BRANCH
FNB Bank, Inc.
Notice is hereby given by FNB Bank, Inc., 105 North High Street, Romney, West Virginia, 26757, that it has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) for permission to establish a de novo branch located at 616/632 Cedar Creek Grade, Winchester, Virginia 22601.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 10 Tenth Street, N.E., Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309 not later than fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this notice. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non‑confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request. A schedule of charges for such copies may be obtained from the Regional Office.
