AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (RINE) located in Wetzel County, WV.
From Rt.7 and Brock Ridge intersection, Go north on CR 1/15, Brock Ridge for 4.0miles, Turn right on CR 89, Proctor Creek Rd, go 6.6 miles
Latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.711091, -80.67341
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 40.02 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 5.90 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 1.43 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.01 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM) 0.19 tons/yr
Benzene 0.01 tons/yr
Ethylbenzene 0.00 tons/yr
Formaldehyde 0.35 tons/yr
n-Hexane 0.03 tons/yr
Toluene 0.00 tons/yr
Xylenes 0.00 tons/yr
Methane 1.52 tons/yr
CO2 Equivalent 2,750 tons/yr
Operations are planned to begin on or about February 25, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
