NOTICE OF BID
Greenbrier County Landfill will accept bid proposals to supply and install (1) one new Truck Scale
Lump Sum Equipment Bid:
•    ntep (National Type Evaluation Program) approved 100 ton gross capacity 90,000 lbs. concentrated load capacity.
Steel deck 70 feet long and 11 feet wide, full electronic Truck Scale.
Acceptable Brands: Thurman, Fair-banks, UniBridge, Toledo, Weigh Tronix
•   Scale shall have a minimum 5 year warranty on all structural steel and 5 year lightning protection on the elec-tronics and load cells.
•   The scale shall have self-diagnostic capabilities to identify load cell prob-lems as well as predict failures before they occur to prevent down time.
•   All surfaces on the underside of the scale shall be coated with a coal tar epoxy comparable to Rhino Liner/Linex.
•   Installation shall be provided by a Manufacture approved scale company that can provide documented proof of training and compliance testing on the provided equipment.
•   (1) Remote weigh display 5 inch   digits.
•     (2) Scale intercom system.
Bids will be accepted until November 4, 2016 at 9:00 AM.
