NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE Pursuant to 35-1-10 of the West Virginia Code TO: The congregation and members of: GREEN VALLEY MISSION CHURCH 5726 LITTLE SANDY ROAD, ELKVIEW, WV 25071 The church will sell the below described property on or about November 14, 2025, to Roberta Davis Griffith for the sum of $6,000.00. All objections must be made in writing to Pastor Jerry Lee Young at 5699 Little Sandy Road, Elkview, WV 25071, or Secretary Dorothy Brown Heaton at 58 Dresden Lane, Elkview, WV 25071. The property to be conveyed is described as follows: TRACT ONE: All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the waters of Little Sandy Creek, in Elk District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 24" diameter black oak stump at the most northeasterly corner of the tract of which this was a part, at a common corner with other lands of Green Valley Mission Church and the lands (tract 2) of William E. and Wanda L. Held described in Deed Book 1365 at page 364, which point is located S. 14 42' 38" W. 52.30 feet along the common boundary line between said Church and said Held tract from its intersection with the southerly boundary line of West Virginia Secondary Route 45 (Little Sandy Road); thence running with the line of said Church S. 52 49' 09" E. 98,82 feet to a 24" sassafras stump; thence leaving the line of said Church and running S. 63 39' 35" W. 41.74 feet to a 1/2" solid steel pin; thence running through the tract of which this was a part N. 68 07' 57' W. 67.50 feet to an iron pipe in the common boundary line with said Held tract; thence running with the common line with said Held tract N. 21 52' 03" E. 57.22 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3,777 square feet or O.0867 feet, more or less, and being the same tract or parcel of land shown upon that certain map entitled "Map Showing a O.0867 Acre Parcel to be Conveyed to Trustees of Green Valley Church Located on the Waters of Little Sandy Creek Elk District – Kanawha County – West Virginia", dated Sept. 3, 1985, drawn under the supervision of Donald L Stalnaker, P. E. No. 4298, attached to a deed dated September 25, 1985, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2104, at page 184. Being the same property conveyed unto the Trustees of the GREEN VALLEY MISSION CHURCH, of Elkview, West Virginia, by that certain deed dated September 25, 1985, from Robert Warner McGill and Anna Ruth McGill of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 2104, at page 184. This deed includes a reverter clause, and Roberta Davis Griffith is the successor in title to Robert Warner McGill and Anna Ruth McGill. TRACT TWO: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated on the waters of Little Sandy Creek a tributary of Elk River in Elk District of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake at the public road on Pennington's line thence with said line up the hill one hundred feet to a stake on said line thence leaving the Pennington line and running around the hillside one hundred feet to a stake on the hillside one hundred feet from the public road thence running down the hill parallel with Pennington line to the public road thence with said road to the place of beginning. Being the same property conveyed unto the Trustees of the Green Valley Mission by that certain deed dated February 15, 1937, from Jay Hugh Hugart and Florence Hugart, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 528, at page 33. TRACT THREE: The surface of the following tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate one and a half miles up Little Sandy Creek in Elk District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Sassafras tree cornering on O. Bailey Land; thence N. 60 E. 75.61 feet to an iron pin on present right of way road; thence along present right of way road, S. 40 51' E. 51.78 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 3 45' E. 45.07 feet along present right of way; thence S. 14 45' W. 61.39 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving present right of way road, S. 80 10' W. 67.84 feet to an old fence post; thence N. 10 30' W. 120.95 feet to the place of beginning. Being the same property conveyed unto Trustees for Green Valley Mission by that certain deed dated May 6, 1977, from Bobby Lee Griffith and Linda Lou Griffith by that certain deed dated May 6, 1977, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 1828, at page 123. Together with a right of way and easement for purposes of ingress and egress to and from Little Sandy Road and the property hereby conveyed, which said right of way and easement shall be on, over and across the new right of way.
