NOTICE OF ENCUMBRANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
BY TRUSTEES OF GLORYLAND BAPTIST CHURCH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 35, Article 1 of the West Virginia Code (W.Va. Code Section 35-1-1, et seq.), the undersigned Trustees (“Trustees”) of the Gloryland Baptist Church (the “Church”), having been duly appointed trustees to administer the affairs of the Church pursuant to its rules at a special business meeting of said Church occurring on August 4, 2019, as evidenced by that certain affidavit of appointment recorded in Trustee Book 5, page 702, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, and the decision to encumber the real property owned by the Church as described below having been unanimously agreed upon and approved by the Trustees, being the sole Trustees of the Church, after this Notice of Encumbrance of Real Property by Trustees of Gloryland Baptist Church, has been duly published in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, the official newspaper of Mercer County, West Virginia for two consecutive weeks, said Trustees, will bargain, grant, sell and convey a right of way and easement to Camp Creek, LLC, for the purposes of, among other things, ingress and egress to certain property owned by Camp Creek, LLC, over and across the property of the Church located at 160 Camp Creek Road, Camp Creek, West Virginia, said Church property being encumbered by said right of way and easement being described, as follows:

Beginning at a point situate S 13deg.20’28” W 420.7 feet from the WVDOT Station 89+50; thence from said beginning point, S 52deg.47’16” E 60.55 feet to a capped rebar; thence N 41deg.55’13” E 60.13 feet to a capped rebar; thence S 50deg.14’47” E 61.75 feet to a point on the highway right of way; thence with same, S 35deg.54’50” W 168.48 feet to a point in the centerline of Camp Creek; thence with same, N 52deg.24’21” W 133.05 feet to a point; thence leaving Camp Creek, N 38deg.16’54” E 49.68 feet to a capped rebar; thence N 38deg.16’54” E 60.70 feet to the place of beginning, and being the same property described in deed of record in Book 985, page 403, in the Office of the Clerk of the Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia.
