NOTICE OF ESTATE SETTLEMENT
I have before me for settlement the Second Accounting of David H. Oswald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley E. Stiles, Deceased, for the period beginning March 1, 2023 and ending February 29, 2024, the Third Accounting of David H. Oswald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley E. Stiles, Deceased, for the period beginning March 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024, and the Fourth and Final Accounting of David H. Oswald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley E. Stiles, Deceased, for the period beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025.
The Second Accounting of David H. Oswald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley E. Stiles, Deceased, and the Third Accounting of David H. Oswald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley E. Stiles, Deceased, have previously been recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Jefferson County Commission but have not been previously submitted to the undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner for review or for publication.
Any interested party may obtain copies thereof from
Bradley C. Snowden, Esquire, 6148 Winchester Avenue, Inwood, West Virginia, 25428 as to any and all Accountings and may make a written objection thereto, on or before February 23, 2026.
