Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of construction debris and non-ordinary household trash in Monongalia, Preston, Taylor, ‘Marion, and Harrison Counties.
NOTICE OF FILING AND HEARING
On September 10, 2018, Trulargo, LLC, filed an Application with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia for a certificate of convenience and necessity
to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of construction debris and non-ordinary household trash from points and places in Monongalia, Preston, Taylor, Marion, and Harrison Counties, to places of disposal.
The matter has been set for hearing on February 15, 2019, at 1:30 p.m., at the Monongalia County Courthouse Courtroom, Second Floor, 243 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. The matter has been protested. Anyone else desiring to protest and request to intervene may appear and do so at the commencement of the hearing and may also do so in writing to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission, P. 0. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323 on or before February 15, 2019. Motions to intervene must comply with the Commission’s Rules regarding the same.
