You are hereby notified that Dakota Ryan Collins will file a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, to change his name for all purposes to Dakota Ryan Perdue. A hearing on such application for name change has been scheduled and will be held on May 4th, 2020 at 11:45 a.m before the Honorable Mark Wills, Judge, Circuit Court of Mercer County, Mercer County Courthouse Annex, 120 Scott Street, Suite 203, Princeton West Virginia, 24740. This hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication
Any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name, or who knows of any reason why the name of the petitioner should not be changed, may appear at the hearing and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
