NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
To the Beneficiaries of
the Estate of CECELIA T. ANCELL, deceased,
and the Estate of ARETTA BRICKLES, deceased
The Final Settlements and/or Waiver of Final Settlements in the above estates have been presented to me by the Executors/Executrixes of said estates for approval, which reports shall be retained in my office at 209 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, for a period of ten (10) days following publication of this notice during which time any person interested may inspect the same and file exceptions thereto.
I have approved these Reports of Settlement as presented and will file the same with the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, as soon as practicable after the expiration of such ten (10) days.
Any person having any interest in said estates may appear before the County Commission to protect such interest as it may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
