Notice of Hearing City of Oak Hill There will be a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on September 2, 2015, at City Hall, Council Chambers, 100 Kelly Av., Oak Hill WV, for public comment on a written plan to be submitted as application to the Home Rule Board for the City of Oak Hill to become a Home Rule Pilot City. The Plan is available for public inspection and may be obtained at the Oak Hill City Hall. The plan is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The plan may also be viewed on line at: WWW.cityofoakhill. homestead.com William C.
