Moorehead, and provides NOTICE to all interested parties that they have filed their Petition with the Circuit Court of Fayette County for the adoption of Ryan Michael Keffer, and that they have moved the Court for a hearing to act on their Petition for adoption, which will take place on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable John W. Hatcher, Jr., Fayette County Circuit Judge, in his courtroom located at 100 Court Street, (second floor), Fayetteville, West Virginia. You are hereby noticed for this hearing and all interested parties are invited to attend to protect their interest if any. Any interested party has thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition herein to file an answer to the Petition with the Court. If any party fails to respond or responds after the required time for timely service, they may not appear in or receive any further notice of proceeding herein.
