Please take notice that the above-styled matter is set for a hearing on the previously filed âPetition for Adoptionã before the Honorable J. D. Beane, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in his chambers at the Wood County Judicial Building, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on the 27th day of July, 2015, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock, a.m., at which time you may appear to protect your rights if you so desire. You have thirty (30) days from the date of your receipt of this Notice to file an answer to the Petition in order to defend your interests therein. Failure to answer and/or appear my result in the termination of your parental rights. If you fail to respond within the required time after service of this Notice, you may not appear in or receive further notices of these adoption proceedings.
