Notice is hereby given to the Membership of
Westphal Hose
Company No. 5, Inc.:
A meeting of the
membership of Westphal Hose Company No. 5 will be held on December 3rd, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the meeting hall of the
Corporation located at
715 N.Queen St.,
Martinsburg, WV.
Members will be asked to nominate and elect the Officers of the
Corporation. These proceedings will be governed by the
Company Bylaws adopted June 5th, 2018.
