Bids will be accepted from 9:00 am, Tuesday, OCTOBER 9, 2019 until 9:00am, Tuesday, OCTOBER 16, 2019.
This is to notify the following that property stored at Climate Control Storage Plus, LLC 110 Van Kirk Drive, Fairmont, WV will be sold by online public sale due to non-payment of rent:

The sale will be held online at www.storageauctions.com. Sale will include any and all items stored in unit. Bids will be accepted from 9:00 am, Tuesday, October 9, 2019 until 9:00am, Tuesday, October 16, 2019. Storage units will be awarded to highest bidders. Purchaser must pay in full, cash only, winning bid amount and a $100 refundable deposit (per unit). Those wishing to reclaim their property must pay any outstanding debt in full, cash only, by 8:30 am Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Upon payment in full unit must be vacated.
Auction Instructions: 72 Hour Cleanup – Buyer must have unit cleaned/swept to a move in ready condition by Friday, October 18, 2019 @ 5pm ; No Dumpster Privileges; $100 cash cleaning deposit per unit; Buyer must contact office the following business day to confirm sale; Office is located at 110 Van Kirk Drive Fairmont WV 26554 all locations are within 1 mile of office; Unit access only available during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-12.
