General Investigation, upon the Commission’s own motion, to consider proposals for consumer protections, farm taps and filing requirements for applications by natural gas utilities filed pursuant to W.Va. Code §24-2-1k.
NOTICE OF PROCEEDING
On January 3, 2019, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia opened a proceeding to consider proposals for consumer protections, farm taps and standardized filing requirements for applications filed by natural gas utilities pursuant to W.Va. Code §24-2-1k for investments in natural gas infrastructure.
The commission will receive comments or proposals regarding standardized filing requirements, farm tap costs and consumer protections according to this schedule:
Initial 4:00 p.m. February 28, 2019
Reply 4:00 p.m. March 21, 2019
Comments or proposals must be marked for filing in Case No. 19-0004-G-GI and be addressed to Ingrid Ferrell, Executive Secretary, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323.
