NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS PROPERTY: Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of and for the Mountain View Conference of Seventh Day Adventists that on or after June 13th, the Trustees will GRANT AND CONVEY all of their right, title and interest in and to that certain lot or parcel of real estate situate in Sugar Run Subdivision in Mill Creek District, Hampshire County, West Virginia, described as follows:
Lot No. 15, Sugar Run, containing 4.041 acres, as more fully shown on that certain plat prepared by R&S Services, Inc., dated the 23rd day of July, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia, in Map Book 7, at Page 75, et seq.
And being the same real estate which was conveyed to the Trustees of and for the Mountain View Conference of Seventh Day Adventists from Crescenciano Rodriguez, Nilsa I. Rodriguez, NKA Nilsa I. Perez and Oscar Rodriguez, by deed dated February 25, 2020, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia in Deed Book 568, at Page 778, reference to which is hereby made.
