NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE
OF UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PROPERTY

Methodist Church)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will, on or after May 22, 2020 QUITCLAIM, GRANT and CONVEY TO David A. Jones, all of their right, title and interest in and to the following:
All that certain lot or parcel of real estate, situate in the “Montana Subdivision of the C C Realty Company,” at Montana, in Winfield District, Marion County, West Virginia, a map or plat of which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Marion County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 285, at Page 29, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Lot No. 16, in Block No. 6, in said Subdivision, and containing 0.28 of an acre, more or less.
And being the same property conveyed from Carl Dawson and Ottie J. Dawson to Trustees of the United Methodist Church in Montana, Marion County, West Virginia by Deed dated April 30, 1960 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Marion County, West Virginia in Deed Book 622, at Page 61.
Said Montana United Methodist Church was declared closed by resolution dated October 17, 2019 by a majority of the District Superintendents.
