NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE
OF UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PROPERTY
(HERRON CEMETERY PROPERTY)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will, on or after June 13, 2015, REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM to DOYLE FINCHMAN, all of their right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain lot or parcel of land, in Middle Fork Tax District, County of Randolph, State of West Virginia, situated on the waters of Laurel Branch and at the forks of the Laurel Branch and the school house road. Beginning and bounded as follows viz. at a rock on the forks of said road thence N. 33 E. 8 poles to a White Ash Sapling; thence N. 33 W. 5 poles crossing the school house road to a White Ash Sapling, thence S. 33 W. 9Ω poles to the ________ corner of a large rock, thence S. 70 E. 5 poles to the beginning containing 45 poles more or less.
And being the same property conveyed from Elizabeth Herron to Raymond Gunnoe, Jacob Herron, Sr. and Charles Finchman, Trustees for the Methodist Protestant Church, by Deed dated the 28th day of June, 1881 and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia in Deed Book K, at Page 236, reference to which is hereby made.
Authority to convey said property having been granted by Resolution approved by the Cabinet of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church on April 15, 2015.
