NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
A public auction will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM by Mountain State Land Company, Steve Hunter Auctioneer, WV Auctioneer License #573. The contents of one Self-Storage unit, unit #20 will be sold in auction format. Only cash or cashier’s check will be accepted as a form of payment. Inspection of the contents of the storage unit can be done at 1:45 PM on January 28, 2016.
The units are located at 9659 Seneca Trail South, Lewisburg, WV 24901 behind American Home Patient and off of Anderson Street.
