NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of Ordinance #440 passed the 4th day of February, 2019, the City of Mannington, West Virginia, will by public auction, sell and convey all its right, title and interests in the following property:
1 – 2017 DODGE RAM 1500 – MINIMUM BID $20,000
1 – 1994 FORD DUMP TRUCK – MINIMUM BID $5,000
1 – 1988 JOHN DEERE 850 TRACTOR – MINIMUM BID $4,000
Said auction will be by public outcry in the parking lot of the city building at 206 Main Street, Mannington at ten o’clock a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Terms of sale shall be cash and minimum bids apply. City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
