The City of Lewisburg Planning Commission will meet in a working session on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 5:30 PM and a regular session on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7 PM, to hear the following issues:
The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street, Lewisburg.
1. Call to order.
2. Public Hearing: Philip & Paul McLaughlin, Conditional Use Permit, 307 North Jefferson Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 576 Page 450.
3. Public Hearing: Colin Rose/Asy-lum, Site Plan, 293 Randolph Street East Greenbrier County Deed Book 517 Page 180.
4. Zoning Officer: Chuck Smith, Updates.
• Montwell Park, 204 North Jefferson Street, Site Plan Update.
5. Approval of Minutes: February 4, 2016.
