NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
September 29, 2016
The City of Lewisburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a working session on Thursday, September 29, 2016, at 4:30 PM and a public hearing at 5:00 PM on the following issue.
The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street.
1. Call to order.
2. Public Hearing: Andrew Young, 506 Frazier Street, Side and Front Setback Variance, Greenbrier County Deed Book 583, Page 491, Tax Map 28, Parcel 77.
3. Public Hearing: Alinda Perrine, Corner of Clay Street and Feamster Road, Setback Variance, Greenbrier County Deed Book 427, Page 588, Tax Map 15, Parcel 28.
4. Approval of Minutes: March 31, 2016.
5. Communications From Members:
* Next meeting October 27, 2016, with a deadline of September 16, 2016.
* Alternative date for November’s meeting (November 17th or December 1st).
6. Adjournment.
