RALEIGH COUNTY COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of November, 2016 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia at 10:00 a.m., the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Raleigh County Board of Education for the purpose of closing a section of Grove Avenue located adjacent to property they own and shown on Shady Spring District, Tax Map 200-3, Parcels 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Shady Spring, West Virginia. Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
