PUBLIC HEARING
TO: CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF FAIRMONT:
Please take notice that the City of Fairmont Planning Commission will have a public hearing on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at the City of Fairmont Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV. The following items will be heard:
1. Clean Metal, LLC dba 3 Rivers Iron & Metal is requesting a right-of-way abandonment between Parcels 3-3-277; 3-3-289; 3-3-276; 3-2-251; 3-2-256; 3-2-252 located on and/or near Virginia Avenue.
Any interested person may appear at the meeting and be heard on the matter.
