NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of March, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Samuel Cangemi (owner), Joshua and Tiffany Acord (applicant) for the purpose of a Setback Variance for a Commercial Dog Kennel on property located at 3702 Harper Road, Eccles, WV, Trap Hill District, Tax Map 6C, Parcel 57, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
