PUBLIC HEARING
A hearing will be held by the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA, on May 28, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., in the West Virginia University Erickson Alumni Center, Barrett Hall of Honor, One Alumni Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia, concerning the increased rates and charges filed by Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia, a common carrier, for furnishing solid waste services to customers in the Counties of Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Taylor, and Upshur. The proposed increased rates and charges will produce approximately $4,695,466 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 44{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}.
Anyone desiring to protest the approval of these increased rates may appear at the hearing or may file a written protest to: Executive Secretary of the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION at P.O. Box 812,201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia, 25323.
Individual customers may receive increases or decreases that are greater or less than stated here. The requested rates and charges are only a proposal and are subject to approval, denial, or modification (increases or decreases) by the Public Service Commission in its review of this filing. Any increase in rates and charges will not become effective until authorized and approved by the Public Service Commission.
