RALEIGH COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that on the 10th day of February, 2015 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Doug and JoAnn Cooper for the purpose of a Conditional Use permit for a storage building to include an archery shop and a side yard variance from ten feet to six feet. The property is located at 1289 Ritter Drive, Daniels, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 14, Parcel 31.3, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
