NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
August 6, 2015
The City of Lewisburg Planning Commission will meet in a working session on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 5:30 PM to work on the City of Lewisburg Comprehensive Plan and in a regular session on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 7 PM to hear the following issues.
The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in the Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street, Lewisburg.
1. Call to order
2. Public hearing: Hill and Holler, Conditional Use Permit, 204 North Jefferson Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 560, Page 689.
3. Public hearing: Colin Rose, Conditional Use Permit, 112 East Randolph Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 517, Page 181.
4. Approval of minutes: June 4, 2015
5. Communication from members:
*Next meeting September 3, 2015, with a deadline of August 14, 2015.
6. Adjournment
