RALEIGH COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that on the 11th day of August, 2015 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the applicaiton of Nancy L. Ely for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit to place a residential home (manufactured home) in a business district (parcel 33) and to place a residential home (manufactured home) in a business district (parcel 34.1) and a variance for the front and rear yard setbacks from 25′ to 17′. The properties are located at 2374 Harper Road and 2372 Harper Road, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 19, Parcels 33 and 34.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
