Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on August 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., in the Charles Town Library Conference Room located at 200 East Washington Street at the side entrance on Samuel Street in the City of Charles Town, West Virginia, to consider public comment on the following cases.  Unless otherwise noted, all requests are pursuant to the Zoning & Land Development Ordinance.  More detailed information is available on the Planning & Zoning Department website at www.jeffersoncountywv.org.

In an effort to ensure sufficient review time, submissions to the Board must be received no later than one week prior to the date of Hearing, for the purpose of inclusion in the monthly packets.

Any party desiring a transcript of these proceedings will be responsible for providing a competent stenographer at their own expense.
