NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE KANAWHA COUNTY BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Kanawha County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the County Commission Courtroom located in the Kanawha County Courthouse, 409 Virginia Street East, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal filed by Creative Connections, LLC from the Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Violation issued under the Adults Only Establishment Location Ordinance by the Kanawha County Planning and Community Development Office.
