Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet in regular session on Monday July 8, 2019 at 5:00 pm in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg West Virginia.
Agenda:

June 10, 2019.
3. Comments from the Public:

4. Public Hearing: Jeff Vickers, 169 Davis Street, install an Anderson series 8 full view retractable glass front storm door.
5. Public Hearing: Nancy Scurlock, 2025 Washington Street East. Build a detached garage 24’ x 24’frame construction with a window and door on each side painted the same color as the house, same color metal roof will be used with a breeze way connection the garage to the house.
6. Public Hearing: Nancy Bulla, 1117 Jefferson Street North, Tear down old copper gutters and install 6”-7 1/2”half round copper.
7. Public Hearing: Montwell Com-mons 970 Jefferson Street, Build six enclosures for trash cans. (Eagle Scout project.) Four located at Montwell Commons and two at the Barracks on Randolph Street.
8. Public Hearing: Bodies in motion, 102 S Lafayette, materials colors windows and roof materials to be approved.
9. Public Hearing: Wild Bean and Thunder Bird Taco1056 and 1058 Washington Street East, renovation of the store fronts designs and materials to be presented..
