NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet June 11, 2018 at 5:00 pm in regular session. The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, located at 942 Washington Street, West, Lewisburg, West Virginia.

4. Public Hearing: Jackson Bowling, 439 Randolph Street, new concrete sidewalk and landing.
5. Public Hearing: GVRP 970 Jefferson Street North, move building from the 100 Lafayette 100 yards to the property was bought by GVRP recently.
6. Public Hearing: Coleman Kuhn 1046 East Washington Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, replace terra cotta roof with new edge metal, the color will be brown.
7. Public Hearing: William Deegans, 1235 Washington Street East, install 2 new lamps on the previously approved brick wall.
8. Public Hearing: Wondering Bird Gallery, 934 Washington Street West.
9. Public Hearing: Presentation the renovation to the Market Depot building, Jefferson Street.
10. Comments from Zoning Officer: Chuck Smith.
11. Communication from the membership: Greenbrier Real Estate renovation by Carl Olson.

* Next meeting of the Historic Landmarks Commission will be held July 9, 2018, with a deadline of June 22, 2018.
