IN GREENBRIER COUNTY
TO THE COAL RESOURCE TRANSPORTATION
ROAD SYSTEM
The Coal Resource Transportation Designation Committee and the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Greenbrier West High School at 278 Cavalier Dr., Charmco, West Virginia on the proposal by Warrior Energy Resources, LLC to addGreenbrier CR 4 – Bingham Road from MP 0.00 (junction with WV 20) to MP 0.26 (junction with private haul road) to the Coal Resource Transportation System (CRTS).
The scheduled public hearing is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (or later if additional time is needed). The hearing will afford participants an opportunity to ask questions and state their views and opinions on the proposal. A formal presentation by Warrior Energy Resources representatives will commence at 5 p.m. and Committee members and WVDOH personnel will also be on hand to present information and receive public input.
