NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON TOWN OF ALDERSON
WATER RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance which was introduced on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Any person interested may appear before the Town Council of the Town of Alderson (the “Town”) at the Town Hall, 202 Monroe Street, Alderson, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing the Town Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF ALDERSON.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the Town Hall, 202 Monroe Street, Alderson, West Virginia during regular office hours.
