NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, April 23, 2026, in the City Service Center Conference Room at 915 Quarrier Street on the following: VAR-26-0001: Application of Hollis Jennings requesting a variance of the front setback requirement in order to construct a garage on the property located at 1524 Skyline Road.
