NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GARBAGE RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on the following Ordinance to increase the municipal garbage tariff at a Regular Meeting of the Council of the Town of Mabscott to be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 302 Whitestick Street, Mabscott, West Virginia, and at such hearing all objections and suggestions shall be heard by the Council and it shall then take such actions as it shall deem proper:

Residential $14.50
Commercial $25.00
Proposed Rates:
Residential $16.00
Commercial $30.00
