Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers, Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, City of Beckley Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on an Ordinance authorizing the City of Beckley to purchase on behalf of Beckley Sanitary Board, real estate located at 107 Hartley Avenue for the consideration of $15,000.00. Following the Public Hearing, Beckley Common Council will vote on the adoption of this Ordinance.
The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and comment on the Ordinance.
