Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 5:30 in Council Chambers, Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, City of Beckley Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on an Ordinance authorizing the City of Beckley to purchase on the behalf of Beckley Sanitary Board, real estate located at 703 Hartley Avenue for the consideration of $75,000.00. Following the Public Hearing, Beckley Common Council will vote on the adoption of this Ordinance.
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and comment on the Ordinance.
