NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE AND SURVEY FOR THE HUNTINGTON, WV-KY-OH CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROCESS The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission (KYOVA) is preparing an updated Congestion Management Process which will address traffic congestion for the Huntington, WV-KY-OH urbanized area. In an effort to reach as many people as possible, KYOVA will host both an on-demand public survey and an in-person public meeting. More information about the process, as well as the survey will be available on KYOVA's website www.kyovaipc.org under the Public Involvement tab from November 14, 2025 to December 15, 2025. The in-person public meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at KYOVA's office located at 400 Third Avenue Huntington, WV 25701. We invite you to take the survey and attend the public meeting to submit comments on congestion in our area.
