Public Hearing Notice: The federal Community Services Block Grant state plan is available for public review and comment of the proposed use and distribution of funds for federal Fiscal Years 2020 – 2021. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV. All written comments must be received before 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2019. A copy of the plan is available for review at http://wvcad.org. The public comment period will begin on August 12, 2019 and conclude on August 27, 2019. Written comments should be directed to Shelly Woda, West Virginia Development Office, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV 25305.
