NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW Public Hearing Notice: Availability of a federal grant plan for public review for the proposed use and distribution of funds. The purpose is to receive comment on the proposed use of funds during Federal Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017. The grant being reviewed will be the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., 700 Washington Street East, Second Floor, Charleston, WV 25301. All written comments must be received before 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2015. A copy of the plan will be available beginning on August 5, 2015 online at www.goeo.wv.gov. The public comment period will begin on August 5, 2015 and conclude on August 19, 2015 by close of business. Anyone may submit written comments regarding the proposed use of these funds.
