NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Pursuant to Chapter 46, Article 9, Section 504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code, the Miners and Merchants Bank, Thomas, West Virginia, will sell at Public Action to the highest bidder on October 9, 2015, at 4:00 P.M., at the Miners and Merchants Bank parking lot, Thomas, West Virginia, the following repossessed item:
2010 Chevrolet Malibu 4 door vehicle
The sale of the above-described property will be made without warranty and “AS IS” and the Bank reserves the following rights: (1) to bid at the public sale (2) to reject any bids at the sale, and (3) to continue such public sale at any other time and place set forth herein. The vehicle may be inspected at the Miners and Merchants Bank, Front Street, Thomas, West Virginia, prior to the sale date during regular business hours or by calling the Miners and Merchants Bank (304-463-4155) to arrange an inspection of the vehicle.
The terms of the sale shall be cash in hand at the time of sale.
