Pursuant to Section 46-9-504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code, The Bank of Monroe in
Lewisburg, under the terms of a Note and Security Agreement dated May 22nd, 2018, will sell at
public auction to the highest bidder on February 17th, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at The Bank of Monroe,
Fairlea, West Virginia: the following described vehicle; to wit:
2000 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER VIN# SALPF1646YA430577
The sale of the above described item will be made without warranty. The bank reserves the right (1) to
bid at the public sale, (2) to reject any and all bids at the public sale, and (3) to continue such sale to
any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein.
