Under the terms of a Security Agreement dated the 24th day of February, 2017, and a Financing Statement of record in the office of the West Virginia Secretary of State, the undersigned, for the benefit of the United States of America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, will sell the following described property:

The property, being the same as described in said Security Agreement and Financing Statement, will be sold to the highest bidder at public auction on the 26th day of March 2020, at 11:00 AM. The sale will be held at the USDA Service Center located at 179 Northridge Drive, Lewisburg, West Virginia
