Pursuant to section 46-9504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code, Pendleton Community Bank, Inc., merger by successor to the Bank of Mount Hope, Inc., will sell at Public Sale to the highest bidder on December 30, 2019, at Pendleton Community Bank, Inc., 835 East Main Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901 at 10:15 a.m. to satisfy the indebtedness of David Adamini on the following repossessed collateral:
2007 Ford Fusion,

The sale of the above collateral will be without warranty and “sold as is”.
The bank reserves the right:

(2) Reject bids at the public sale
