To enforce West Virginia Self-Storage Lien Act Code 38-14-5.
Withrow Enterprise LLC, dba Prosperity Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of TERESA BRANNON #18, WINNIA CABBELL #25, DEBRA STILTNER #53, CRYSTAL DUNCAN #70. Public Auction will take place at unit locations in Prosperity, behind 302 Dearing Dr. Mt Hope WV on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
