Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of BRIAN PHLEGAR #(M)45, AMANDA GILLESPIE #(M)89, ANGELA MIMS #(C)7, RAYMOND EDMONDS #(C)25, ETHEL LEGRAND #(C)29, SHARON HASKINS #(C)32, CONNIE UNDERWOOD #(C)60, LINDA WHEELER #(C)65, WILLIAM TREADWAY #(F)8, and MICHELLE BUNCH #(F)57.
Public Auction will take place at 475 Cranberry Road, Beckley, on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. & 351 Market Road, Beckley and 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale, immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
