The object of the above proceeding is to obtain a termination of the parental rights of the unknown father, in and to Makya Renae Jenkins, and to change the name of the said minor child. Take notice that a hearing will be held before David H. Sanders, Judge, Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, on July 25th, 2016, at 1:15 o’clock p.m. at which time you may be present to protect your interests.
