The object of the above proceeding is to obtain a termination of the parental rights of Jacob Thomas Warns, in and to Jacia Marie Warns, and to change the name of the said infant child. Take notice that a hearing will be held before David H. Sanders, Judge, Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, on the 29th day of August, 2016, at 3: 00 p.m. at which time you may be present to protect your interests.
